Project Summary

Cathy approached us in 2019 with a vision to accurately convey her brand's values and connect with potential customers in order to fuel growth. Through a comprehensive rebranding process, we developed a brand strategy tailored to LCCC's unique offerings, culminating in the creation of a new logo and branding guidelines.

Recognizing the importance of a cohesive brand identity in achieving this goal, Cathy enlisted our expertise to revitalize her brand. We created a brand identity that would resonate with their target audience and convey a sense of homeliness and elevated craftsmanship.

Brand Strategy and Logo Design:

Our first step was to conduct a thorough analysis of LCCC's brand positioning, target market, and competitive landscape. Leveraging the insights from this phase, we collaborated closely with Cathy to develop a brand strategy that encapsulated LCCC's values of quality and personalized service.

We proceeded to design a new logo that would serve as the cornerstone of LCCC's visual identity. Drawing inspiration from Lake Champlain's natural beauty and the concept of custom-made solutions, we crafted a logo that exuded warmth, sophistication, and professionalism. Cathy's enthusiastic response to the final design, demonstrated by her immediate adoption of the logo on her personal vehicle, served as validation of our collaborative efforts.

Brand Expansion and Recognition:

In the years following the rebranding initiative, LCCC experienced remarkable growth and success. Cathy's business expanded into multiple retail locations across three states, a testament to the effectiveness of the rebranding in attracting and retaining customers. Cathy's achievement of being voted the first-ever female president of the Vermont Builders & Remodelers Association further underscored LCCC's growing influence and reputation within the industry.
